Giant Ovarian Serous Cystadenoma is a very common benign ovarian tumor. The giant cyst, encompassing the whole abdomen, was detected during an abdominal ultrasound. During a laparotomy (surgical incision into the abdominal cavity), a giant, smooth, vascularized, cystic mass attached to the right ovary was encountered. An oophorectomy (ovary removal surgery) was conducted on the 35 year-old female patient.
